i just dropped off the last batch of my current holiday print promotion! it took about 2 weeks to conceive, produce, compile, and ship off these puppies. i’ve been living and breathing and sleeping promo, but it does feel good to be pretty much done. it’s like creating a baby and sending it off to school for the first time. i think i’ve learned that next time i should try to simplify the number of steps it takes to finish one promo, since you don’t just make one promo, you make…many. i have a similar problem when i cook. i like to use lots of dishes, and for some reason at the end of even a fairly simple meal, i’ve managed to use 3 mixing bowls, 2 pans, and one pot. regardless, it’s been fun, and thank you to my intern slim and assistant katie for helping to make this all happen! it’s friday now so everybody have a great weekend and finish up that holiday shopping!
